Role Overview

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment cycle and build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider talent community. This role requires creativity, strong business understanding, and the ability to develop both short-term and long-term recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract qualified candidates across regional operations.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection to ensure timely hiring.
  • Support employer branding and employee value proposition initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts to support ongoing hiring needs.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across appropriate channels and platforms.
  • Coordinate internal job postings and employee referral activities.
  • Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment verification processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and candidate tracking data.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction activities.

Salary

THB 20,000 - 50,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
