The Recruiting Coordinator supports talent acquisition within an established healthcare IT consulting organization. This role is central to ensuring a structured, consistent, and professional hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will support candidate sourcing activities, manage interview logistics, and ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process. Your work helps maintain efficient hiring operations while upholding the high standards expected in a client-focused consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruiting Coordinator will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to:

Business Specific Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and support Talent Acquisition operations projects and process improvement initiatives to improve business operations

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, managing team mailbox inquiries and ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication throughout the hiring process

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal recruiting tools

  • Maintain talent pipelines aligned with ongoing and future hiring needs

  • Send outreach messages consistent with established employer branding

  • Review resumes to assess basic qualifications and role fit

  • Coordinate and execute interview scheduling and logistics across stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and well-organized experience from scheduling through post-interview follow-up

  • Facilitate the collection and tracking of candidate and hiring manager feedback to support recruitment process and candidate experience optimization

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Track basic recruiting metrics and support reporting to recruiters and leaders

  • Assist with job posting maintenance and offer coordination

  • Provide backup support for core recruitment activities (e.g., sourcing, screening, and process coordination) as needed

  • Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary

Skills and experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, or human resources

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within established processes and timelines

  • Comfort using scheduling tools, ATS platforms, and spreadsheets

  • Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other collaboration tools, including virtual meeting and cloud technologies

  • Strong attention to detail as well as ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims.

  • Experience utilizing a strong customer service attitude and skill set

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

  • Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.

  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or professional services preferred

  • Experience sourcing candidates for technical or consulting roles preferred

  • Experience working in a corporate or client-facing environment preferred
