This fixed-term Recruiting Coordinator role supports the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across the United States and Costa Rica. You will create, manage, and execute interview schedules, ensure smooth communication among stakeholders, and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service. The position offers the flexibility to work from an office in Bellevue, WA or remotely, with a strong focus on Pacific Time business hours.
Responsibilities
This is a fixed-term contract role designed to cover a parental leave. The position can be performed onsite in Bellevue, WA, in a hybrid arrangement, or fully remote, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, aligned with Pacific Time. The role operates in a collaborative team setting where you will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders while also managing independent responsibilities. You will use a variety of tools and technologies, including Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Chat), an applicant tracking system, CoderPad, Slack, Zoom, and other platforms as needed. A personal laptop is required for this role. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
