This role supports clients by ensuring benefits programs are administered accurately, aligned with strategic objectives, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll ensure a smoothly operating recruiting function by thoroughly understanding and monitoring all connection points between hiring managers, recruiters, HR business partners, HRIS/onboarding partners, and systems. You'll handle important administrative functions in order to allow our recruiter teammates to focus on recruiting. As a member of the national shared services team, you'll contribute to the Talent Acquisition team’s goal to work seamlessly with our HR colleagues and other shared services partners to provide excellent service to our hiring managers.

Salary range: $60,000– $70,000 per year
