Recruiter – TITLE Boxing Club

Position Overview
The Recruiter drives hiring for TITLE Boxing Club's owned and operated locations, focusing primarily on coaches, sales associates, and managers, with occasional support for corporate roles. This isn't a post-and-wait role — our best candidates aren't sitting on Indeed refreshing job boards. We need someone who knows how to go find them: on campus, at events, on social media, and through their own network. You'll need to be proactive, creative, and comfortable building a pipeline from scratch rather than waiting for applications to come in.

TITLE Boxing Club is a boutique boxing fitness brand built to help members find their inner fighter — mentally and physically. With 90 clubs across the country, TITLE Boxing Club corporate is also TITLE's biggest franchisee, owning and operating 11 clubs ourselves. We also own BoxUnion, our boutique boxing/sculpt concept in Los Angeles, with three locations.

Location
This is a remote, work-from-home role. We'd ideally like someone based in Los Angeles, Chicago, or Boston, but we're open to the right candidate in another location.

What You'll Do

Proactive Candidate Sourcing

• Go beyond job postings to build a real pipeline: college and university outreach, job fairs, community events, social media, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage passive candidates who aren't actively job-searching but would be a great fit.
• Build relationships with fitness programs, athletic departments, and boxing/combat sports communities as a recurring sourcing channel.

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage the hiring process end-to-end for coaches, sales associates, and managers across owned and operated locations, and occasionally for corporate roles.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.
• Track and manage candidates through JazzHR (or similar ATS), keeping statuses and notes current.

Employer Branding & Outreach

• Represent TITLE Boxing Club and BoxUnion at job fairs, campus events, and community events.
• Use social media and platforms like Handshake to build brand visibility with the kinds of candidates we're trying to reach.
• Bring creative ideas for where and how to find great people — this role has real latitude to experiment with sourcing channels.

Candidate Experience & Fit

• Assess for both skill and culture fit, understanding what makes someone successful in a boutique fitness, membership-based, sales-driven environment.
• Move quickly and clearly with candidates — for hourly and coaching roles especially, a slow process loses good people to other opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience recruiting for a boutique fitness business, or another sales-driven, membership-based business.
• A proven track record of creative, proactive sourcing — not just posting and waiting.
• Experience with JazzHR, Handshake, or similar recruiting/ATS and campus-recruiting platforms strongly preferred.
• Friendly, high-energy, and genuinely excited about connecting with people; passion for fitness is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple open roles and candidates at once across different locations.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline and outreach calendar.
