Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment and selection cycle (end-to-end) for Core Team positions.

  • Act as strategic support for technology roles (Tech Recruitment), assisting the Talent Acquisition team in searching for specialized profiles for international projects.

  • Perform screening, active hunting, competency-based interviews, and profile alignment with hiring managers.

  • Conduct interviews in English to validate candidates' fluency and cultural fit.

  • Ensure an excellent Candidate Experience throughout all stages of the process.

  • Contribute to strengthening UBIMINDS' Employer Branding.

  • Collaborate on endomarketing initiatives and employee engagement actions to foster a strong organizational culture.

  • Assist with People Operations and generalist HR demands, ensuring operational excellence during periods of lower recruitment volume.

Requirements

  • Advanced/Fluent English: Essential for conducting assessments and interacting within the company's ecosystem.

  • Proven experience in Recruitment and Selection.
