Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Expanding HR Team! Due to our incredible growth, we are thrilled to be expanding our HR team. We're currently seeking a motivated recruiters to join us in bringing in top talent for our education and counseling operation teams. We need individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and driven to meet deadlines, with a passion for finding exceptional talent. Responsibilities: - Handle full-cycle recruitment, working closely with hiring managers to fill open positions. This includes hiring teachers for our hospital partnerships and contractors for our counseling services. - Collaborate with HR, Academic, and Counseling teams to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for our teachers, clinicians, and staff. - Innovate and expand our network within the education and healthcare/behavioral health industries. - Contribute to the development of our branding, marketing content, and social media outreach. - Help improve our recruitment and onboarding processes. - Contribute to the overall development and strategic planning of our talent development.Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. - Preferred experience in recruiting within the education / mental health industry, but not required. - Bachelor's Degree required. - Ability to work under high-pressure situations. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - High energy and strong work ethic. - Comfortable working remotely 100% of the time.   We offer a competitive benefits package, including a base salary and performance-based annual bonus.
