About the Role
Private Label Staff (PLS) is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support one of our dedicated client accounts while assisting with recruiting initiatives that help grow our business. .
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting tools.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruiting efforts for a dedicated client account to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
- Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Assist with job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing.
- Support internal projects, process improvements, and other initiatives that contribute to the growth of PLS.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is a plus.
