Real Estate Video Editor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly competent Real Estate Video Editor with strong experience in DaVinci Resolve, capable of producing high-quality property marketing content. This role is suited for someone who can not only execute polished edits but also contribute to quality control and workflow oversight across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience editing real estate footage (including walkthroughs, drone shots, and social media clips) and the ability to ensure consistency, branding alignment, and delivery standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience working with Australian real estate agencies or property marketing teams is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality real estate videos including property tours, agent-led walkthroughs, promotional reels, and social media content.

• Perform color correction, grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics using DaVinci Resolve.

• Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, client expectations, and platform-specific requirements (Instagram, YouTube, listing platforms, etc.).

• Review and perform quality control on video outputs, ensuring consistency in editing style, pacing, and visual standards.

• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, maintaining efficiency without compromising quality.

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and other editors to align on creative direction and feedback.

• Optimize workflows, templates, and editing processes to improve turnaround times and scalability.

• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and asset libraries effectively.

• Stay updated on real estate marketing trends, video styles, and editing techniques relevant to the Australian market.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio focused on real estate or similar visual marketing content.

• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (required); experience with Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus.

• Strong understanding of color grading, pacing, transitions, and storytelling in property marketing.

• Experience with drone footage, vertical video formats, and social media optimization.

• Ability to perform both hands-on editing and quality control/review responsibilities.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for visual consistency and branding.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing deadlines and multiple projects.

• Strong communication skills for providing and receiving feedback across teams.

• Familiarity with Australian real estate marketing standards and styles is a plus.
