Job Description
Suzie Koide Real Estate is expanding its operations and seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination tasks within a growing real estate environment.
This is a fully remote position suited for individuals who are organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently while supporting a fast-paced team.
The role begins on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. No prior real estate experience is required, and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and update client records, documents, and internal systems
• Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support data entry, document processing, and file organization
• Coordinate tasks across team members and departments
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all assignments
Requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, and online tools)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Willingness to learn and follow structured processes
Compensation & Schedule
• Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time
• Flexible schedule based on business needs
• $25–$29 per hour
