Qualtrics CX and EX Application Consultant - Europe based

AKT is looking for Qualtrics Customer Experience and Employee Experience Application Consultants who will lead the client onboarding and solution delivery process. The consultant is responsible for helping customers unlock the full potential of the Qualtrics platform to run value-driven programs. This role also serves as a client advocate, actively listening to their needs and driving key operational and product enhancements internally. 

Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, this position is open to full-time, part-time, or freelance candidates who are currently based and eligible to work in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution design and configuration of a business solution
• End to end system configuration and testing
• Qualtrics AI features configuration and enablement 
• Documentation and training
• Client-facing activities and client communication
• Project management at small scale

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Qualtrics Customer Experience (transactional and digital) or Employee Experience (mainly lifecycle) implementations
• Experience with Qualtrics integration to supporting HR Technology or CRM  
• Proficiency with AI tools - an advantage 
• A degree in business relevant fields – an advantage
• Knowledge of CSS or Python – an advantage
• Language skills in English (very high level both written and verbal) – a must
