Quality Rig Services Technologist  

LOCATION: Home/Offsite

DEPARTMENT: QUALITY 

Purpose:
Ensure the Product and Service Quality for Rig Direct activities by establishing quality controls and quality assurance and verification processes and giving support to operative areas on technical matters.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develops and controls quality related performance indicators and prepares necessary reports for KPIs.
• Verifies process execution to control and improve Service Quality levels of Rig Direct Services.
• Supports users on quality information systems (IDM, IAM, ICM, Quality Inspection System).
• Supports operative areas on technical matters as required and promote high standard quality practices.
• Supports operations as needed to assure on time delivery of Rig Direct orders with the highest quality standard.
• Supports internal and external audits to achieve satisfactory results.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
