Quality Manager

As a consultant, you will provide independent quality oversight to help ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of technical accuracy, compliance, and client expectations. Your expertise in quality assurance, technical review, and continuous improvement will support successful delivery across complex utility infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will act as an independent reviewer, helping identify risks, improve processes, and strengthen deliverable quality. This is an important advisory role supporting long-term program success and accountability.

WORKSITE: Remote

WORK SCHEDULE: Ad hoc / On-demand, project-based

PAY RATE: $115.00/hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Conduct independent reviews of deliverables for quality and compliance
• Support quality assurance and technical review processes
• Verify adherence to client standards and contract requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lessons learned
• Support compliance reviews and risk mitigation efforts
• Provide quality oversight across multiple task orders

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• 15+ years of quality assurance, technical review, or utility consulting experience
• Strong QA/QC background in infrastructure or utility programs
• Experience reviewing technical deliverables and compliance documentation
• Strong understanding of public-sector utility standards and governance
• Experience supporting lessons learned and continuous improvement
• Utility executive or senior consulting background preferred
