Quality Auditor - 12 Month Parental Leave Cover

What you’ll do 

As a Quality Auditor in our Legal & Governance team, you’ll help strengthen Aurecon’s Quality Management Systems and support a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with the Quality Manager and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll assess the effectiveness of quality processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure conformance with internal processes, client requirements and ISO 9001. 

• Conduct internal project, process and systems audits across the business. 

• Assess the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems and identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Prepare audit findings, reports and recommendations, including non-conformities and corrective actions. 

• Support external audits and quality assurance activities as required. 

• Partner with stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and quality-focused outcomes. 

• Provide quality audit support to Aurecon projects through project engagements. 

What you’ll bring 

• ISO 9001 Internal Lead Auditor certification. 

• Strong QMS and quality assurance knowledge, including ISO 9001 requirements. 

• Demonstrated quality assurance experience, including internal audits and project auditing. 

• A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports. 

• Clear communication skills and a positive approach to process improvement.
