About the Role

The Quality Assurance Lead is a detail-oriented individual focused on driving quality by creating and managing action plans on a team level.

Reporting directly to the Director of Quality & Compliance, the Quality Assurance Lead will accomplish this by reviewing weekly performance metrics, setting and monitoring action plans for each team lead, and building and executing agent training where necessary.

To be successful, this role will serve as one of the experts on agency quality and utilize this expertise to improve team quality across Consumer Ops.

What You'll Do

• Serve as an agency expert on our quality assurance program

• Monitor quality reporting to identify trends and problems

• Collaborate with the Director of Quality & Compliance on strategies to improve focus areas

• Set and manage team lead action plans to improve their team’s quality performance

• Create training materials for agents to improve their quality

About You

• You have 2+ years of experience in a similar remote role; must have experience in P&C insurance industry

• You’ve driven quality improvements across sales teams with a focus on compliance and efficiency

• You’re quality-focused, with extreme attention to detail and understanding of insurance industry standards and compliance requirements

• You’re highly performance-oriented and able to motivate others in a proactive, positive, and firm manner

• You’re familiar with AI-powered quality assurance systems, and understand their benefits and limitations
