The QA Automation Engineer will design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions to improve software quality across the claims processing platform. The Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing solutions that improve software quality and reduce reliance on manual testing. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and QA to develop test strategies based on business requirements, Jira stories, and acceptance criteria. The QA Automation Engineer will play a key role in evaluating, implementing, and managing the organization's test automation framework while ensuring high-quality releases across the claims processing platform.
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
