Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual testing, defect tracking, SQL validation, and working within Agile environments. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Conduct backend/database testing using SQL queries
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and QA process improvements
• Support automation testing initiatives where applicable
  
  

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of software testing/QA experience
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC
• Experience with manual testing and defect management tools
• Basic understanding of automation testing
• Hands-on SQL/database testing experience
• Good communication and analytical skills
  
  

Good to Have

• ERP or financial application testing experience
• Exposure to API testing tools like Postman
• Knowledge of Selenium or automation frameworks

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
