Our client, a reputable international law firm, is seeking a Public Relations Manager to support their media and branding efforts. This is a hybrid-remote role based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY. The position offers an excellent opportunity to shape and promote the organization's reputation through strategic communication initiatives. *Public Relations Manager (Chicago or NYC) Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and credibility across targeted audiences. * Coordinate with external agencies to set priorities, execute outreach, and identify media opportunities. * Draft and distribute press materials, including press releases and media pitches. * Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to secure media coverage. * Monitor industry trends and media landscape to inform PR activities and maximize coverage opportunities. *Public Relations Manager (Chicago or NYC) Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field. * Over 7 years of experience in public relations, preferably in professional services. * Ability to work onsite 3-4 days weekly in Chicago or New York. * Proven track record in media relations and managing external PR agencies. * Exceptional writing and strategic storytelling skills, with experience in reputation management and executive coaching.
