About the Role:

Amazing Health LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Saint Paul, MN. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments for new and existing patients
Diagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans including psychopharmacology management
Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications while monitoring for efficacy and side effects
Provide psychotherapy and supportive counseling as appropriate
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, therapists, and primary care providers
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR system

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Minnesota (APRN)
Board certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a psychiatric specialization
Active DEA license and prescriptive authority in Minnesota
Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health settings preferred
Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and evidence-based psychiatric treatment
Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-centered care skills
