PSP Onboarding Manager

Reporting to Head of Payment Product

Your Impact

• Own the complete onboarding lifecycle for global Payment Service Providers (PSPs), ensuring rapid time-to-market across new and existing jurisdictions.

• Direct the gathering, verification, and submission of corporate due diligence (KYC/KYB) packages, merchant applications, and regulatory documentation to acquirers and payment partners.

• Continuously monitor and triage internal onboarding queues, managing high-volume requests, removing bottlenecks, and keeping operational pipelines moving smoothly.

• Partner with Legal and Finance during the intake phase to review fee schedules, rolling reserves, settlement terms, and contractual obligations before finalizing agreements.

• Leverage modern AI tools (including Claude) to automate document processing, synthesize complex contracts, extract fee structures, and accelerate compliance packet creation.

• Coordinate initial demos, sandbox testing, payment flow validations, and credential setups with Product and Engineering teams to guarantee operational readiness prior to launch.

• Maintain centralized documentation for supplier contacts, fee matrices, and account details. Execute seamless hand-offs of live, fully onboarded providers to internal account and operational teams.

• Monitor evolving local market requirements, compliance standards, and emerging payment technologies (Open Banking, local payment methods, crypto) to preemptively align onboarding documentation with vendor criteria.

What Makes You a Fit

• 3 - 5 years of dedicated experience in PSP onboarding within the iGaming sector (experience with offshore markets is a must).

• Deep, hands-on experience navigating complex corporate structures, gathering due diligence documentation, and satisfying strict acquirer compliance requirements.

• Proven ability to manage a heavy onboarding pipeline across multiple brands and entities simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy or speed.

• Sharp attention to detail when reviewing payment agreements, pricing structures, and financial terms.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to coordinate effectively between third-party compliance teams, internal legal units, and technical stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel periodically (e.g., to Malta) and attend approximately 2 key industry conferences per year.
