A bit about this role:
Foundational to our strategy is our ability to be an engine of accurate provider data, which is inherently complex and ever-changing.
In this managerial-level operational role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence while serving as a key thought partner in identifying areas for AI optimization. You will balance hands-on execution with the oversight of critical workflows, policies, and partnerships, helping us intelligently scale our data processes.
Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:
Drive the strategic migration of high-volume operations into automated workflows by identifying key opportunities for AI agent integration.
Owning AI agent performance evaluation and continuous iteration of their outputs.
Lead and support our offshore partners in executing vital daily workflows, maintaining clear SOPs, and hosting regular touchpoints to ensure total alignment and operational success.
Lead data improvement projects and partner cross-functionally with Network, Claims, and Delegated Operations to resolve provider data issues and maintain strict provider directory accuracy.
Own the creation, implementation, and ongoing oversight of key provider data policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Serve as a subject matter expert on all things provider data; put on a detective hat to investigate data discrepancies, identify trends, and uncover root causes to improve inbound data processing upfront.
Required skills and experience:
Strong operational leadership with a demonstrated ability to drive outcomes in complex, fast-paced environments.
Experience developing scalable processes, operating models, and performance metrics.
A "bias toward action" with a can-do attitude; you roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
Strong data analysis skills and comfort with new product tooling. You are a fast learner who understands the "why" behind the data.
Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in "messy" data environments.
You run toward complexity and have the stamina to tackle hard problems and identify big-picture themes.
Ability to shift focus and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Strong collaborator who can drive alignment across stakeholders.
An agile prioritizer who thrives in ambiguity. You readily wear multiple hats and handle competing priorities with ease.
A scalability mindset. You proactively look around corners to identify operational bottlenecks before they impact the business.
Desired skills and experience:
5+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, or a related field.
Previous experience or interest in working with AI tooling and automated workflows.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Looker). SQL is a plus.
Healthcare or Medicare experience is preferred—specifically regarding provider rosters, claims processing, or credentialing.
Salary Range: $73,000-$115,000
The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
