LIONLEAD Real Estate Tygervalley is looking for a driven Real Estate Prospector (cold caller) to keep our sales pipeline full. This is a Flexi Fixed Term Contract role for someone who thrives on the phone, is unfazed by rejection, and wants part-time work where the hourly rate grows with their performance.

You will spend your time dialling property owners across South Africa, qualifying their intent to sell, and booking attended appointments for our agents. You bring the hustle and the phone manner; we bring the leads, scripts, CRM, training, an hourly rate that steps up as you prove yourself, and incentives that pay out every time you turn a call into a real appointment or a sale.



•    Make a minimum of 12 outbound cold calls per hour to prospective sellers from supplied lists.

•    Deliver at least 240 outbound calls per full 20-hour week.

•    Qualify leads on intent to sell, timeline, motivation, asking price expectations and property details.

•    Book qualified appointments for LIONLEAD estate agents and confirm them before the meeting.

•    Accurately log every call outcome, contact detail and lead status in the CRM in real time.

•    Follow up on warm and “not yet” leads on a structured cadence until they are ready to list.

•    Hit weekly KPIs on hours worked, calls dialled, conversations had, leads qualified and appointments attended.

•    Hand leads over cleanly to the agent with full notes so the sit-down feels seamless to the seller.

•    Respect POPIA, the Consumer Protection Act and PPRA rules on outbound contact — honour Do-Not-Contact requests immediately.

•    Feedback to management on script performance, objection trends and list quality.

Must Have

•    1–2 years of cold-calling experience (real estate, telesales, B2B sales or appointment setting).

•    Excellent telephone manner in English — clear, warm, confident and assertive.

•    Thick skin and a short memory — you treat rejection as part of the job, not a personal blow.

•    Self-disciplined and target-driven — you can put in the dial volume without being micromanaged.

•    Comfortable working in a CRM and with a power/auto dialler.

•    Reliable laptop, smartphone, USB headset and uncapped fibre or stable LTE (load-shedding back-up a plus).

•    Matric (Grade 12) minimum.

Incentives

•    R250 per converted appointment: paid for every qualified appointment you book that is attended by the agent and confirmed as a real, viable seller (i.e. the appointment converts — no-shows and unqualified leads do not count).

•    10% of the agent’s commission on a successful sale: if a property sale closes from a lead you originated, you earn 10% of the agent’s net commission on that sale.
