About the Job:

The Property Tax Analyst supports and collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams: Shared Services (Tax Compliance, AP, AR, Lease and Project Costing), Corporate Tax, Brand Legal, Development, Payroll Tax, Brand Reporting and Finance. As a Property Tax Analyst, you will also coordinate with third party co-sourcing vendors, state and local taxing districts, and business licensing offices. Providing outstanding customer service, interacting directly with all levels within the organization and suppliers and service providers. 

This role is fully remote but will need to be located in the Greater Louisville area.

Salary Range:  

$60,200-$62,000 + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
