Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist to manage the complete lifecycle of properties within the Corporate Stays portfolio.

This role serves as the central coordination point between multiple departments, ensuring that every property is onboarded and offboarded through a structured, consistent, and high-quality process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple stakeholders, and is passionate about process execution and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all properties meet Corporate Stays standards from the moment they join our portfolio until their successful exit.

Key Responsibilities

Property Onboarding

  • Coordinate and manage the complete onboarding process for new properties.
  • Ensure all required onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate setup across internal systems, distribution channels, websites, and operational platforms.
  • Verify that property information, content, photos, descriptions, amenities, and operational details are properly uploaded and configured.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Operations, and Owner Relations teams to ensure successful property launches.

Property Offboarding

  • Coordinate the complete offboarding process for properties leaving the portfolio.
  • Ensure properties are removed from all required systems, websites, and distribution channels.
  • Verify that all reservations, operational requirements, and outstanding tasks have been properly addressed.
  • Ensure a clean and error-free closure process.

Process Management & Quality Control

  • Follow established onboarding and offboarding procedures, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Track progress and maintain visibility on all active onboarding and offboarding projects.
  • Identify bottlenecks, delays, or operational issues and escalate them promptly.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Corporate Stays standards across all properties.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Revenue Management, Marketing, Growth, Owner Relations, and Property Management teams.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and required tasks are completed.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination throughout each onboarding and offboarding process.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all active and completed projects.
  • Provide status updates and progress reports as required.
  • Ensure all information is properly documented and accessible to relevant teams.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, property management, hospitality, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and operational software platforms.

Preferred Profile

  • Has experience in hospitality, property management, short-term rentals, or real estate operations.
  • Has experience working with remote and international teams.
  • Is highly organized, process-driven, and accountable.
  • Enjoys managing projects and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
  • Is proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions.
  • Has experience working with PMS platforms, operational systems, or onboarding workflows.

Objective of the Role

The Property Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist will ensure that every property entering or exiting the Corporate Stays portfolio follows a consistent, structured, and high-quality process. This role is responsible for driving execution, maintaining operational standards, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring that all onboarding and offboarding activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
