• Chat with kids (ages 3–10) and their parents, answer questions, and share why families love i9 Sports
• Stay focused on collecting parent contact information accurately and completely
• Lock down registrations on the spot when parents are ready to sign up
• Be ready to jump in when fun last-minute event opportunities pop up
• Represent the team with energy, accuracy, and attention to detail
