Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics ERP Implementation

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of leading complex Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring exceptional stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project governance.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners.

• Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive communications.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Ensure successful execution of project milestones, deliverables, testing, training, and go-live activities.

• Manage scope, change requests, project documentation, and overall project governance.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.

• Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to operational support teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise IT initiatives.

• Proven experience managing complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, CRM, or ERP) implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and full project lifecycle delivery.

• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.

• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Great to Have:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent Project Management certification.

• Experience leading large-scale ERP transformation or digital modernization initiatives.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.

• Previous consulting or systems integrator experience is highly desirable.
