The Project Manager will oversee multiple technical and non-technical projects, managing project plans, budgets, and RAID logs from initiation to close. They will also coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, provide executive-level reporting, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager I opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 15 months
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage multiple small technical and non-technical projects under the direction of a Senior Project Manager.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage RAIDD/RAID logs, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
Track project progress, variances, changes, risks, and corrective actions.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and communicate project status and executive-level reporting.
Support governance forums, integrated planning, and larger program initiatives.
Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects from initiation through close.
Maintain integrated plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, and project documentation.
Facilitate stakeholder communications, requirements gathering, project governance, and change management.
Identify and escalate risks and issues requiring management attention.
Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
Allocate work as a team leader and monitor completion and quality.
Support team collaboration, efficiency, and performance.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of general management, project analysis, or project management experience, including 1+ year of project management experience; OR
Equivalent combination of 4+ years of higher education/work experience, including 2+ years of relevant management, project analysis, or project management experience and 1+ year of project management experience.
Program governance, RAID/RAIDD management, executive reporting, integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
Education and Experience Preferred:
Banking, payments, wire modernization, or financial services experience.
Experience supporting large, cross-functional technology programs.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $29.90 - $49.84/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
