Location: Charlotte, NC preferred; Corning, NY also preferred. Remote candidates will be considered.
Pay Rate: $80.00 - $84.00/hour
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Description
CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Lead to lead an enterprise Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation in a manufacturing environment. This role will drive delivery across business, IT, SAP ECC, implementation partners, and vendors using Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
The ideal candidate has strong enterprise project leadership experience, SAP ECC knowledge, demand planning expertise, and experience managing integration, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Requirements:
• Lead end-to-end Kinaxis Maestro implementation and release delivery.
• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and governance.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, Kanban workflows, and release planning.
• Coordinate business, IT, SAP ECC, vendor, and implementation partner teams.
• Support integration, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Communicate project status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and enterprise governance requirements.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Strong enterprise project management and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and iterative product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Kanban boards.
• Scrum Master certification or PMI-ACP required.
• SAP ECC implementation and platform experience required.
• Experience with integration, data migration, testing, and cutover.
• Manufacturing and demand planning experience preferred.
• Strong executive communication and vendor management skills.
Highly Desired Qualifications
• PMP certification.
• CSPO or PSPO certification.
• Kinaxis Maestro Demand Planning implementation experience.
• Planview AgilePlace experience.
• Complex SAP ECC implementation experience.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
