Job Description

Victaulic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team, providing program management and resource capacity coordination across BI disciplines such as BI Development, Data Engineering, and Center of Excellence.

This position will apply project management and agile methodology skills to manage scope, plan work, coordinate resources, and drive execution across the BI portfolio. Projects range from small to large, are cross-functional in impact, and are technical in nature. The Project Manager will collaborate with a team of Project Managers across the organization to make continuous improvements to project management practices.

As a global organization undergoing significant data and technology transformation — including an active ERP migration, a multi-phase cloud transformation, legacy reporting modernization, and an evolving BI Center of Excellence — the BI team manages a large, concurrent portfolio of strategic projects alongside ongoing production support. This Project Manager provides the program management muscle that keeps that portfolio coordinated, visible, and on track.

The Project Manager will provide leadership and transparency through all phases of the project lifecycle — planning, design, development, testing, and deployment — ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and benefits are clearly defined and delivered. Successful candidates will combine strong project management skills with exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

This role partners closely with BI Developers, Data Engineers, the BI Scrum Master, Customer Coordinators, and BI leadership.

Testing and Quality Coordination

· Track defects through the testing phase, ensure timely fixes, and manage release schedules

· Support quality validation and acceptance criteria definition with business sponsors

KPI Development and Performance Monitoring

· Work with Scrum Master to develop, track, and report on KPIs for team delivery

· Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical and business audiences

· Communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully
