We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support brand operations by managing tasks, projects, and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of assigned client brands. Working closely with Brand Managers, this role translates brand priorities, strategies, and client requests into clearly defined projects with appropriate owners, deadlines, and deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing a high volume of simultaneous projects, and confident coordinating across multiple departments to keep initiatives moving forward.

Coordinate projects related to product launches, catalog and listing updates, content and creative initiatives, advertising, pricing and promotions, inventory and supply chain, compliance, reporting, marketplace expansion, and other brand-specific operational needs.

Asana & Task Management
Create, assign, organize, and maintain projects and tasks in Asana according to company and department standards and procedures.
Maintain visibility into all active projects and tasks for assigned brands and proactively follow up with task owners to keep projects moving forward.
Maintain accurate project documentation, status updates, deadlines, project history, and supporting materials.

Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Advertising, Content, Graphic Design, Catalog, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Finance to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
Ensure internal teams have the information, documentation, and context needed to complete assigned work.
Manage dependencies between teams and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed in the appropriate sequence and within established timelines.
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with Brand Managers and internal cross-functional teams.

Risk Management & Reporting
Identify project risks, delays, resource constraints, ownership gaps, and other blockers, and work with stakeholders to resolve them; escalate significant risks to the Brand Manager when necessary.
Capture and manage action items from client meetings, internal meetings, business reviews, and brand strategy discussions, ensuring ownership and follow-through.
Provide Brand Managers with clear, consistent visibility into project status, outstanding deliverables, upcoming deadlines, risks, and items requiring decisions or escalation.

Develop sufficient knowledge of internal processes and workflows to effectively coordinate projects, without being expected to serve as subject-matter expert across all functional areas.
Identify recurring project management challenges, workflow inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
Maintain or exceed department-established performance standards and KPIs.
Continue developing project management knowledge and learning company, department, brand, and industry processes.

Other Duties as Assigned
Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
