About the Role: 

Dynanet is seeking an experienced Project Manager supporting a multi-disciplinary IT operations and modernization program. This role is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all aspects of the IT infrastructure supporting 30+programs. 

The Project Manager will provide overall direction to a team on engineers and interface with senior levels of the customer’s organization, to ensure all program tasks, deliverables, schedules, and costs conform to contractual requirements. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Area 1: Project Manager (PM)

• Organize, direct, and manage all aspects of contract operational support functions involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks, including coordination of contractor personnel across multiple locations. 
• Consult with Program Manager and formulate and review task plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with program requirements, performance standards, and contractual obligations. 
• Create, maintain present technical reports that demonstrate project progress for management and customers; ensure timely, accurate reporting to the COR and government leadership. 
• Oversee IT Operations & Maintenance, and monitoring functions supporting 150+ Windows/Linux servers, storage systems, and databases. 
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements related to incident response/resolution, system availability, and service delivery across all IT domains. 
• Ensure adherence to federal IT security policies, FISMA requirements, NIST guidelines, and NIH/HHS security standards. 
• Oversee cloud operations including FedRAMP-authorized environments, cloud monitoring, and FinOps cost optimization activities. 
• Effectively organize and manage multiple complex and interrelated IT project tasks. 
• Review and direct FedRAMP and cloud security requirements activities 
• Monitor and guide adherence to Agile/ITIL Compliance, fostering continuous improvement. 
• Oversee Tableau infrastructure support including server administration, user access management, performance monitoring dashboard publishing workflows, and integration with enterprise data sources 

Required Professional Skills: 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or equivalent  
• Ability to obtain Level 4 Public Trust security clearance 
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-task federal IT contracts 
• Ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with Dynanet clients, business partners and colleagues. 
• Demonstrated experience in IT Infrastructure project management.? 
• Proven expertise in managing complex information systems architectures involving multiple databases and networks.? 
• Proven expertise in managing AWS environments and working knowledge of AWS Cloud technology.??? 
• Knowledge of FISMA requirements.? 
• While the Project Manager may designate Senior Staff as Task Leads, the Project Manager must possess the technical skills to serve as a Technical Lead and provide technical direction for all contract tasks.? 

Preferred Professional Skills: 

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• CISSP or related security certification 
• AWS architect or related certification 
• ITIL Foundation Certificate (v3 or higher) 
• Agile scrum master certification or demonstrated working knowledge

• Experience managing cost, performance, and schedules on tasks  

Education/Experience Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including 4 years specialized in federal IT project management. 
• Experience working with federal agencies and understanding federal IT policies, compliance, and procurement processes.
