The Project Manager will support Field Leadership and Operations to ensure all project work is minimally impacting to club staff and members  Manage new club construction projects from landlord turnover through grand opening, including drawings, bidding, construction execution, closeout, and warranty periods. Lead remodels, re-equips, refreshes, and capital upgrades in existing clubs while minimizing operational disruption. Oversee specialty capital projects, including remediation (e.g., mold, roof, structural repairs), ensuring proper scope definition and qualified vendor execution. Develop clear project scopes, phasing plans, schedules, and budgets for all assigned projects. Develop and manage project scope, phasing plans, schedules, and budgets. Serve as the owner’s representative coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, architects, and vendors. Build and manage annual and project-level CapEx budgets with strong cost control and forecasting. Solicit, review, and approve bids, proposals, contracts, and change orders. • Review construction documents to ensure compliance with PFHQ standards, lease requirements, and local codes. Lead project kickoff meetings, status updates, and closeout communications with stakeholders. Conduct site visits, job walks, punch walks, and final inspections. Coordinate project handoff from construction to operations, facilities, and maintenance teams. Identify risks and troubleshoot schedule, budget, or scope challenges to ensure successful delivery. QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to the Table: 5 year of experience in facilities or construction. Ability to work in a fast paced, high growth environment. Competence in making timely, effective decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Financial Acumen – building capex budgets, managing project budgets Ability to lead technicians and partner with field leaders in accordance with the core values of UnitedPF. Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and occasionally lift to 50 pounds and subject to a variety of physical conditions in the club environment.
