We provide a modular cloud platform designed to run trials end-to-end. Our foundation is a robust Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system, supported by eConsent for recruitment and screening and eCOA to accurately capture patient reported outcomes. We don’t just stop at data collection; we use Castor Catalyst (our high-precision AI automation) to strip away the manual effort that historically makes research slow and expensive.

Your mission and impact

As a Project Manager you ensure that individual study milestones are met whilst  maintaining high data quality.. You act as a bridge and consultant to the customer, driving  project delivery across all phases of a study, ensuring strategic objectives are met while maximizing customer satisfaction.

You are also  responsible for all assurance activities related to the availability, integrity and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee and business information in compliance with our information security policies.

• You are experienced managing a high volume of lower complexity studies.
• You comfortably guide clients through complex project plans and serve as a trusted advisor.
• You are comfortable shifting from process following to active solution leading, applying deep critical thinking to every challenge.
• You remain focused and effective when faced with shifting priorities, rapid change, or undefined project parameters.
• You act as a high-level consultant to clients, building trust through advocacy and persuasive communication.
• You proactively navigate risk, identifying downstream impacts early and architecting solutions that safeguard project integrity.
• You are a self-starter who masters the art of remote collaboration. You value deep work and asynchronous communication to drive results.
• Giving and receiving feedback are necessary to win as a team. You give and receive direct, data-driven feedback, even when it’s uncomfortable.

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of EDC/CDMS, eConsent and eCOA solutions and services.
• A passion for positive, customer-focused outcomes achieved with a high degree of ethics and integrity.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to plan, lead, facilitate, and document effective meetings.
• A collaborative and resourceful approach, with a “can do” attitude and voracious appetite to learn and grow.
• Relevant understanding of clinical guidelines: ICH-GCP - Good Clinical Practice, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and relevant GXP Regulations and Guidances.

It would be good if you had:

• A solid understanding of medical terminology, specifically in the clinical trials space.
• Ability  to understand clinical protocols and translate these into client requirements/scope.
• Knowledge of the data management process (e.g., therapeutic area, extensive knowledge in DM processes, SAE reconciliation, external data vendor reconciliation, management of local laboratory data, and/or new technology).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certification.
• Life science or IT degree or another suitable degree.

Castor is a remote, globally distributed company, and as such we use location based salary bands. We believe compensation should be fair and transparent, without unnecessary complexity.
