Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear ownership and accountability
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders and leadership
• Manage changes to project scope, timeline, and resources as needed
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with common project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master)
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
• Experience working in a fast-paced or evolving environment
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
