We’re looking for a Project Manager - Technology to join our team in Group. While this role can be fully remote we would request monthly visits to the company HQ in Kings Hill, Kent, UK.
The Project Management Office (PMO) Lead - Technology will lead the disciplined delivery of Westfalia Fruit's priority technology programmes across its global, multi-site business. The immediate priority is the successful implementation of DEEL as the global HRIS, together with fit-for-purpose local payroll solutions, integrations and operating processes in each participating country.
Responsibilities Include:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programmes, from business case and mobilisation through implementation, stabilisation and post-implementation review.
- Establish effective project governance, including integrated plans, stage gates, reporting, decision-making, risk management, budgets, resources and benefits tracking.
- Lead the DEEL global HRIS programme, coordinating global design, local requirements, payroll solutions, data migration, integrations, testing, country readiness, go-live and hypercare.
- Partner with P&C, Payroll, Finance, Technology and regional teams to ensure HRIS and payroll processes are clearly defined, controlled and fit for purpose.
- Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 retrofit initiatives and enhancements to adjacent platforms, including Rydoo and Perk, ensuring effective integration, testing, adoption and handover.
- Maintain a cross-system view of business processes, master data, interfaces and dependencies, working with technical specialists and vendors to deliver robust solutions.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into clear outcomes while constructively challenging unnecessary complexity.
- Manage external technology partners and suppliers, ensuring delivery against agreed quality, timelines, commercial terms and contractual obligations.
- Identify and deliver opportunities for automation, analytics and responsible AI, supporting Westfalia’s wider technology roadmap and digital transformation.
- Drive continuous improvement by tracking benefits, capturing lessons learned and embedding pragmatic, outcome-focused project management standards across the Technology portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex technology, enterprise systems or digital transformation programmes within a global, multi-country or matrix organisation.
- Demonstrable experience delivering HRIS and/or payroll transformations, including data migration, integrations, testing, cutover and stabilisation.
- Strong programme and PMO management skills, including governance, integrated planning, RAID, change control, financial tracking and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating multiple business and technical workstreams, internal teams and external suppliers to deliver against shared milestones.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and integration concepts, including master data, APIs, middleware, identity and access, reporting and data privacy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive decisions and navigate ambiguity across technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven experience delivering business change, including communications, training, adoption and benefits realisation.
- Strong commercial and supplier management experience, including budgets, statements of work and delivery performance.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, pragmatic and outcome-focused, with a commitment to delivering simple, sustainable solutions that create measurable business value.

Salary depends on skills and experience but our range is £70,000 - £90,000
