Motio is hiring a junior software developer on a temporary hourly basis to implement an internal project involving data integrations and pipelines in the customer relationship management (CRM) area and other duties as assigned. The expected duration of the position is three months.

- Interact directly with internal users and stakeholders to refine requirements and understand their needs.

Requirements
What you bring
- An undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software development or data engineering. Recent graduates will also be considered.
- Experience developing software or integrations in at least one major programming language like Python, Java, .NET, Go, Javascript, Typescript, Rust, etc.
- Understanding of object oriented design and data structures
- Experience with relational databases, APIs, and data ingestion
- Excellent communications skills
- Experience with or interest in software development assisted by AI tools
- A passion for technology and the desire and ability to learn new things quickly
