What You Will Do

  • Lead the orientation meeting with the federal client within 10 business days of award and at the start of each option year.
  • Submit the draft and final work plan on schedule.
  • Sign and submit the monthly progress report and invoice by the 15th business day after each reporting period.
  • Direct the annual needs assessment and the annual final report.
  • Raise unresolved problems to the federal client in writing before they grow.
Required Education and Experience
  • Master's degree in public health, public administration, social work, or a related field.
  • Seven or more years managing federal contracts or grants of similar size and scope.
  • Direct experience as a program or project director on a firm-fixed-price federal task order.
  • A track record of managing several deliverable streams and staff across time zones at once.
  • Direct knowledge of the Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP) or Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (SRAE) program.
What Helps
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Prior work with the Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB) or the Administration for Children and Families (ACF).
