We’re looking for a highly organized, responsive Project Coordinator to help keep our active home improvement and construction projects moving from scheduling through completion.

The Project Coordinator serves as a central communication and coordination point between homeowners, technicians, subcontractors, and our Project Management team. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate crews, communicate project updates, track job progress, and make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks.

This is a fast-paced operations role for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with people, and keeping multiple moving pieces organized.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate technician and subcontractor assignments for active projects and warranty calls
• Maintain crew schedules and coordinate daily dispatch needs
• Schedule Project Manager visits and confirm appointments with homeowners
• Send project scopes, job details, and scheduling information to technicians and subcontractors
• Request and track bids from vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor active projects, milestones, and completion timelines
• Identify scheduling conflicts, stalled projects, and potential delays before they become larger issues
• Provide homeowners with timely updates regarding schedules, delays, and next steps
• Communicate daily with technicians, subcontractors, and the Project Management team
• Create and maintain projects within company operating systems
• Maintain accurate job notes, documentation, schedules, and communication records
• Track technician hours and completion information for accurate payouts
• Help confirm materials, permits, and other project requirements are ready prior to project start
• Escalate customer concerns, scheduling issues, vendor problems, and operational risks to the Project Management team

Success in this role means projects stay organized, customers know what is happening, field teams have the information they need, and potential problems are identified and addressed quickly.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple active projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where schedules and priorities can change throughout the day
• Strong follow-through and personal accountability
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, technicians, subcontractors, and internal team members
• Comfortable holding others accountable to schedules, commitments, and operational processes
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize potential issues early
• Comfortable learning and working within project management, scheduling, CRM, and other technology platforms
• Ability to work independently while staying closely connected with the Project Management and Operations teams
• High responsiveness during core operating hours

Experience in construction, home improvement, property maintenance, field services, dispatch, scheduling, or project coordination is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation
• Health insurance
• Dental and vision insurance
• Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Paid holidays
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Full-time, 40-hour-per-week position
• Remote / hybrid work flexibility
• Company-provided technology and tools needed to perform the role
• Training and professional development opportunities
• Clear career growth path within Operations and Project Management
• Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow
• Supportive, team-oriented work environment
