A place to make a difference:
In this full-time permanent role, you’ll work as a part of our Pacific Regional Operations team to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. You’ll be based ideally within the Pacific region though other locations will be considered, and will work predominantly from home or from a Save the Children office if there is one in your area. You’ll support the effective management of development and humanitarian programs across the Pacific by coordinating awards, strengthening compliance, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. You will make a difference by:
· Coordinating award management processes across the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with donor requirements
· Monitoring project performance, budgets, and risks, and supporting reporting and analysis
· Collaborating with Country Offices and cross-functional teams to ensure strong project delivery and coordination
· Supporting donor compliance, including contract reviews, reporting requirements, and audit processes
· Contributing to program development, capacity strengthening, and emergency response efforts across the Pacific
A place to feel valued:
Your expertise in project and award coordination, combined with your strong financial acumen and ability to manage competing priorities, will enable you to deliver high-quality program support and ensure compliance across a diverse funding portfolio. Your strong communication skills and collaborative approach will help build effective relationships across teams and geographies, contributing to improved program outcomes for children.
This role requires:
· Demonstrated experience in project and/or award management
· Strong financial literacy, including experience in budget monitoring
· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with ability to meet deadlines
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
· Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across cultures and teams
A place to belong:
We are diverse personalities, backgrounds and talents, embracing our differences as one strong and united team. We see and celebrate the unique value you bring to our organisation, and offer a range of rewards for your effort, including:
· Individual learning plans to help map and deliver on your career development.
· Internal employment and development opportunities
· A modern, up to date working space. Or the opportunity to work from home (WFH), or both!
· Celebrate and feel supported in your diversity. We have a highly inclusive culture and diverse workforce reflecting the communities we serve, allowing you to bring your whole self to work (if that’s what you want!).
