Position Summary The Program Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day operational management of the TVSPM Support Center. This individual ensures timely execution of compliance-assistance plans, coordination of the SME pool, quality control of deliverables, staff scheduling across time zones, and seamless support to OVC grant managers and Tribal recipients.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, workflow prioritization, and assignment of compliance-assistance requests.
  • Supervise Project Specialists and Associate Consultants; ensure consistent high-quality service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor the Quality Control Plan (self-inspection, staffing plan, customer-satisfaction processes).
  • Coordinate development of tools, trainings, repository content, and outreach materials.
  • Support innovation initiatives, special projects, site-visit logistics, and annual reporting.
  • Lead or support Transition-In and Transition-Out activities.
  • Track performance metrics, outcomes, and customer feedback; escalate issues to the Project Director.
  • Ensure all personnel meet security and documentation requirements.

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Demonstrated experience in day-to-day management of professional services or technical-assistance projects of similar complexity.
  • Experience working with or supporting Tribal / AI/AN communities preferred (strongly weighted).
  • Ability to obtain/maintain moderate background investigation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent high-priority work streams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational, supervisory, and written/oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supervising remote or multi-time-zone teams.
  • Prior work on OVC, DOJ, or federal TTA contracts.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices in victim services.
  • Familiarity with federal grant compliance (award conditions, PMT reporting, etc.).
