Program Scheduler

A leading company in defense and energy sectors is seeking an experienced program scheduler to manage and integrate master plans and schedules for the Department of Defense (DOD) or Department of Energy (DOE) programs. This role involved creating IMP/IMS for projects, coordinating multi-schedule implementations, and working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and subcontractors. The candidate will also be responsible for training team members and directing cost and program management efforts. Travel will be required 1 week per month. 

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years in scheduling, specifically in DOD and DOE programs. 
• Expertise in Primavera P6, Open Plan Professional (OPP) or MS Project with a strong ability to develop and manage integrated schedules.
• Skills in identifying critical paths, managing EVMS schedules, and executing resource- loaded schedules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities. 
• DOD or DOE clearance preferred.
