About the Role:

The Program Manager will lead and oversee complex projects within the professional, scientific, and technical services sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. This role requires strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous monitoring to deliver programs on time and within budget. The Program Manager will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive program success and mitigate risks. They will also be responsible for developing proposals and managing communications to support program growth and sustainability. Ultimately, this position ensures that all program objectives are met with high quality and efficiency, contributing to the overall business performance.

Location: Remote.

  • The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. No relocation assistance provided.

Clearance Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project and release management, including planning, monitoring, quality assurance, acceptance, and reporting.
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of web-based applications and data systems.
  • Coordinate application, database, cloud, infrastructure, testing, and technical teams.
  • Ensure requirements for data validation, verification, electronic review, reporting, and data visualization are delivered effectively.
  • Manage pilot and phased rollout activities, stakeholder feedback, issue resolution, and production deployment.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Provide regular status reports, presentations, project documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Lead requirements validation, stakeholder alignment, change management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, quality, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technology, software implementation, or data systems projects.
  • Experience with web-based applications, data platforms, reporting systems, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, deployment, quality assurance, and release management.
  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple concurrent priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other project/program management certification.
  • Experience managing large-scale data collection, reporting, or analytics platforms.
  • Experience with cloud-based application environments and system integration.
  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and automated reporting.
  • Experience managing COTS-based technology implementations and system customizations.
  • Experience with change management, organizational adoption, and phased system rollouts.
