What You’ll Do
As a Global Clients Americas Program Manager (GCA PM), you will serve as a strategic Security Advisor for a major global datacenter client, overseeing approximately $40M in annual security services. This is a remote role, with a strong preference for candidates based in South Bend, IN or Chicago, IL. You will own the overall account strategy and management, including the creation and execution of the security program strategy, alignment of Securitas and client goals, and profitability of the account. This position plays a key role in supporting our Global Clients Americas business by driving consistent, high-quality service delivery across a complex datacenter footprint, leading risk reviews and safety programs, and coordinating global initiatives and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate is a polished, highly credible leader who can engage senior stakeholders, deliver clear and compelling monthly presentations, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all datacenter locations and continuously evolving the security program.
Hold full P&L ownership for approximately $40M in annual revenue; analyze operational and financial data to drive performance, profitability, and contract compliance.
Lead Security Risk Reviews and global safety programs for datacenter facilities, and coordinate special events or emergency coverage as needed.
Coordinate global RFI/RFP responses and pricing strategies, and partner with branches and regions to ensure appropriate staffing, effective scheduling, and retention of profitable business.
Lead regular (including monthly) business reviews and presentations with client and Securitas leadership, proactively addressing issues, driving improvements, and aligning global service delivery.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
 


Who you are

A service-first mindset, clear communication skills, strong attention to detail, and sound judgment when approaching challenges. You are poised and persuasive in group settings, comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders, and skilled at using data and analysis to guide decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, security management, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Professional certifications in security or risk management (such as CPP, PSP, or similar) are a plus and may be required for certain clients or regions.
Strong understanding of contract security operations, risk assessment methodologies, and safety program implementation in mission-critical environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, interpret financial and operational data, and drive performance improvements across a large portfolio.
Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders, including the ability to influence without direct authority across multiple regions.


Experience that sets you apart

Direct experience supporting or managing security programs in datacenter or other mission-critical, high-availability environments.
Experience managing large, complex, or global client accounts in the security or related services industry, ideally at a similar revenue scale.
Experience coordinating global RFI/RFP responses, including pricing strategy and model development.
Background in conducting security risk reviews, developing site-specific post orders, and leading safety or emergency response programs.
Prior experience in senior account management, program management, or regional leadership role with regular executive-level presentations and business reviews.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is from $120,000 to $125,000 annually. Specific compensation for the role may vary within the above range based on factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. This position also includes a $500 per month car allowance.
