Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Program Manager, Healthcare Operations to lead healthcare administrative operations supporting military treatment facilities throughout Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest. This remote leadership position will oversee operations supporting patient appointing, referral management, healthcare documentation, workforce coordination, and program performance.
The Program Manager will work remotely and collaborate closely with Spectrum leadership, government representatives, supervisors, and operational teams. Occasional travel to Bremerton, WA may be required based on program needs.

What You'll Do
- Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of program operations
- Manage staffing, scheduling, workforce coverage, employee performance, and productivity
- Monitor operational metrics, workload trends, quality measures, and staffing needs
- Ensure established workflows, policies, and performance expectations are consistently followed
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training, development, and workflow changes
- Identify operational concerns and assist with implementing appropriate corrective actions
- Maintain staffing coverage during planned and unplanned absences
- Prepare and review staffing reports, performance data, operational reports, and other required documentation
- Maintain regular communication with Spectrum leadership, government representatives, supervisors, and remote employees
- Support consistent processes across Hawaii and Pacific Northwest operations
- Participate in program transition and process improvement initiatives
- Travel to Bremerton, WA as needed to support program operations
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role
- Experience overseeing personnel, staffing, productivity, quality, and performance expectations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude
- Experience preparing reports and working with performance metrics or operational data
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Self-directed and able to successfully work in a remote environment
- Access to secure, reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to travel to Bremerton, WA as needed
- Ability to successfully complete applicable federal background requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Healthcare operations or healthcare administrative experience
- Federal government, DoD, or military healthcare experience
- Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed teams
- Experience with healthcare call centers, patient access, medical appointment scheduling, or referral management
- Familiarity with DHA, TRICARE, MHS GENESIS, or similar healthcare systems
