Position Title: Program Manager
Organization: Emerge Solutions Group, LLC
Location: Remote
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000
Education: Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in program management and life cycle management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be able to prepare, develop, deliver, and present letters, presentations, spreadsheets, forms, metrics, and other informational documents.
- Must be able to synthesize and evaluate information from a variety of sources to prepare documents or provide insight.
- Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office 2010 or 2013 suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) and recognize potential enhancements or limitations of current and future software.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to clearly communicate in English, orally and in writing.
Duties: Program Management Support Services:
- Facilitate enterprise-wide programs and performance reporting.
- Implement and execute an integrated master schedule to support milestone tracking and resource coordination.
- Provide standardized guidance on project and strategic initiative management processes, tools, and methodologies to support effective portfolio management.
- Establish and maintain tools, templates, and procedures for program and project management.
- Provide services with demonstrated experience and working knowledge of the development, implementation, and sustainment of strategic management that ensures repeatable processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and provides a structured approach to operations.
- Assist in capability strategy and policy development.
- Coordinate and assist senior leadership with planning, scheduling, and execution of executive-level meetings and briefings.
- Provide Monthly Status Reports to Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
- Assist in the development and accomplishment of briefings for senior leadership.
- Participate in organizational reviews to help identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities and aid in the evaluation of mission and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other professionals to discuss project execution and assist in analyzing project portfolios to help ensure work aligns with strategic decisions.
- Provide program management support for the mitigation of encountered roadblocks and coordinate stakeholder engagement and analysis activities.
- Attend on-site meetings and support remote meetings
- Assist with Business Development.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Office Equipment: Experience with operating office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Competence in using Word, Excel, Visio, and MS Project for tasks such as document creation, spreadsheet management, and email correspondence.
- Organizational Skills: Possesses the ability to work multiple projects at one time. Maintains a well-organized desk and work area, ensuring an efficient workflow throughout the day.
- Adaptability: Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and maintains productivity during busy periods. Desire to learn and able to work on your own. (Self-Starter).
- Team Collaboration: Collaborates effectively with others in a team environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Customer Service Orientation: Focuses on meeting customer needs and providing a pleasant experience, handling inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly and courteously.
