Job Summary

The Health and Well-Being Department provides oversight into the product, account management, and implementation teams for a suite of well-being and related offerings. You will play a crucial role in developing relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery to all customers. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing customer program management and coordination of product offering and support team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational execution of customer health and well-being programs and products, rewards programs, wellness challenges, communications, and program enhancements.
  • Coordinate customer projects including timelines, deliverables, approvals, testing, launch readiness, and ongoing program support.
  • Manage customer and internal reporting requests, reporting enhancements, reporting audits, and dashboard reviews.
  • Analyze customer engagement and health and well-being product data to identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Create reports, executive summaries, presentations, dashboards, and materials supporting customer reviews and leadership reporting.
  • Manage customer and internal reporting requests, ensuring accurate, timely and actionable insights.
  • Support implementation and ongoing management of digital well-being solutions.
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational lead for assigned vendor partnerships, including project coordination, issue resolution, enhancement tracking, and business reviews.
  • Coordinate vendor meetings, maintain project documentation, and track action items, risks, and deliverables.
  • Lead Creative Services projects including customer communications, challenge promotions, flyers, toolkits, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, trackers, dependencies, risks, and status updates for customer-facing initiatives and departmental projects.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance project management, reporting, customer communications, content development, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes, improve workflows, and generate actionable insights using AI and emerging technologies.
  • Support strategic initiatives, product enhancements, innovation projects, customer campaigns, and operational improvement efforts.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, templates, and governance processes.
  • Partner with Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Coaching Team, Product, Reporting, Marketing, Operations, and other internal teams and vendor partners to support successful customer outcomes including demos, upsells, and other customer presentations as needed.
  • Attend customer meetings to provide program updates, reporting insights, and operational support.
  • Identify and implement innovative approaches that enhance the participants’ experience, increase engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of project management, customer program management, operations, reporting, analytics, customer success, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

 

Preferred

  • Experience with health and well-being, employee benefits, coaching, rewards, or digital health programs.
  • Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, data analysis, and reporting reviews.
  • Experience with Jira, Power BI, Tableau, Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and customer-facing projects.
  • PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP certification preferred

 

Other Requirements:

  • Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise
  • Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer

Compensation and Benefits

  • The salary range for this position is $65,000 - 80,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
