  • Own the execution and coordination of the leadership team's operating cadence, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Staff Meetings, and All Hands.

  • Build execution plans, align stakeholders, and drive workstreams to completion across multiple teams.

  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, ensuring leaders have visibility into status, risks, decisions, and next steps.

  • Proactively identify operational risks or execution gaps and escalate issues before they impact delivery.

  • Identify gaps in seller readiness and partner with business leaders and SMEs to develop solutions that improve adoption, effectiveness, and business impact.

  • Execute the North American (NAM) enablement calendar, manage readiness newsletters, track program completion, and measure field adoption and effectiveness.

  • Build and execute tactical readiness and structured communication plans for major organizational changes.

  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals to ensure the field is prepared for new processes or strategies.

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of assigned strategic initiatives (e.g., pipeline projects, competitive defense plays).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or Master's degree with 8 years of experience or PhD with 5 years of experience.

  • Proven ability to build detailed project plans, workback schedules, and execution tracking mechanisms for multiple concurrent initiatives.

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to proactively manage, influence, and drive accountability across diverse leadership teams.

  • Ability to independently drive complex, cross-functional workstreams with minimal oversight, identifying risks and dependencies early and driving them to resolution.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations, concise updates, and actionable next steps for leadership audiences.
