GGC is actively searching for a Program Manager, Digital Transformation (1-year Contract)

Remote work arrangement. Required to work Eastern Time. 


About this Opportunity


As Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation forward. You will lead and coordinate complex initiatives across CRM/ERP, websites, learning systems, data strategy, and change management, ensuring seamless execution and integration. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on problem solver, you’ll bring clarity, accountability, and measurable results to the organization’s most critical priorities.

 

In this role you will: 


  • Provide overall program leadership, direction, and coordination across all digital transformation workstreams (CRM/ERP, website, learning mgmt, data strategy, change management etc.).
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including reporting, risk management, and escalation processes.
  • Ability to manage business initiatives creating a master/program level plan of all key events, dates, dependencies, and overlaps within the organization.
  • Build the appropriate reporting and dashboards to manage and communicate the program and workstreams.
  • Work with project managers to provide regular visibility to project status (activities completed, roadblocks, decisions, dependencies, risks etc.).
  • Direct, mentor, and coach assigned Project Manager(s) on task-level planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Step into project-level detail as needed to unblock progress, clarify scope, or resolve challenges.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders across departments to align technology solutions, project approach and methodology with organizational needs.
  • Lead change management and communication efforts to support adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Develop and track program budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Report regularly to the senior leadership team and other stakeholders as identified on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Other tasks as assigned by your direct manager in relation to program management.

  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and practices
  • Liaise with other departments as required
  • Provide general, ongoing support to members/volunteers, responding to/directing inquiries and consulting with the appropriate groups and individuals to support the mission and vision of GGC
  • Other duties as assigned


 

You are the ideal candidate if you have: 

 

Education, Designations and Certifications

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or related field. 
  • PMP certification is considered an asset.

Prior Work Experience

  • 5+ years of previous program/project management experience. 
  • Experience managing complex programs or large-scale technology projects, ideally in digital transformation or enterprise systems implementations.


Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Knowledge with Project Management tools such as Trello, Microsoft Project, Jira or similar programs to develop Gantt charts, project workplans etc. 
  • Experience managing project budgets. 
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile and use each method appropriately. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coaching project managers and multi-disciplinary teams. 
  • Proven ability to build consensus and manage diverse stakeholder groups. 
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior executives and leaders. 
  • Understanding of change management best practices is an asset. 
  • A strong multitasker with the ability to navigate competing deadlines. 
  • A creative problem solver. 
  • Customer-focused and collaborative with colleagues from all levels and departments. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and deadline-driven. 
  • Familiarity with not-for-profit organizations, membership-based structures, or volunteer-driven environments is an asset.

Hiring Range: $74,900.00 - $88,370.00
