Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis
• Conduct analysis of Facility Condition Index (FCI) trends, degradation patterns, lifecycle models, risk scores, and cost projections.
• Evaluate data quality, inspection processes, and overall program execution.
• Compile post-project lifecycle performance tracking and validate cost inputs and degradation parameters.

Policy Implementation & Governance
• Support implementation of NOAA BUILDER-related policies and data-governance standards.

• Recommend resource allocations needed to execute BUILDER work plans and assessments.
• Assist in development of maintenance and capital program budgets.
• Analyze the impacts of cost book modifications on funding requirements.

Data Quality Oversight
• Monitor BUILDER data accuracy, completeness, compliance, and integration from inspections and project updates.
