What you bring to the table:

  • A strong track record in B2B sales and business development
  • Confidence in managing a full sales cycle-from cold outreach to closing
  • Mastery of CRM tools (we use HubSpot)-you know your pipeline, follow-ups, and data hygiene like the back of your hand
  • A relationship-first approach and ability to spot real client needs
  • Bonus points if you've sold into industries like building services, cleaning, recycling/waste, or construction

Location:

Remote but you must live in Denver Metro or Southern California. You'll travel occasionally for client meetings and events (1–2 nights/month, occasionally more when needed).

Compensation:

Base + commission, with no cap. The more you grow our business, the more you grow your earnings.

OTE: 200K+

Base: 75K
